About Dinny Collins

My story into health and fitness began over 20 years ago when I broke my back in an accident. As I lay in the hospital bed staring at the ceiling about to undergo my second surgery I prayed to God to give me a second chance and I would look after my body better. Luckily I got that chance and over a three year period I managed to go from hospital bed to finishing my first (of many) Ironman Triathlons - 4km swim, 180km, 42km marathon.

Yes I had rehabilitated my broken spine but I noticed other profound changes in myself. The new fit and healthy version of Dinny Collins had a confidence, a motivation, a self belief and a sense of positivity and happiness I’d never felt before. I thought this is awesome. I love this and how fun would a job be where I get to teach it to others. So my passion became my career.

I built and ran a successful fitness company and helped transform tens of thousands of lives. We helped people find the passion I have for fitness, we helped people lose tons of weight, we helped people fix health issues, we helped people start families or find love or their self confidence or a community to be part of.

 
 
 
 

Over the years I have done every diet from vegan to keto to caveman to high carb to mediterranean and everything else there is or was. I did all these to not only study the effects but also to experience the effects of every way of eating. I found that there is no one size fits all from working with clients and different ways of eating suit different people.

I have a passion to always want to learn more about health and this led me to fasting.  As with everything I tried it on myself and learned as much as I could.

That's when I discovered that we could BIOHACK fasting and create a 5 Day eating program that caused the body to go into the fasted state but we get to eat food. Since creating Fasting With Dinny we have a 100% success rate.

Different diets work for different people but Fasting Works For Everyone.

Although I have a huge passion for keeping active and encourage all our 5 Day Program participants to get moving the reality is that you do not need to to enjoy success on this program. This suits people who have joint or mobility issues due to age or weight.

Again this works for everyone which is really awesome and its my mission to teach as many people as possible that this is a tool that we can use to take back control of our weight and health.

Our life is short I live mine full of energy and fun everyday and from experience I know that fasting helps everyone reset to their real self.
